    WOW! Tonight, my daughter was found by her fathers daughter (her sister) who has been looking for her for a very long time. I think it's great. We all chatted for some time and now the can of worms is open. I hope and pray it will be a good one.
    I am so very happy for my daughter because she can now try to put some of the pieces together. Her life will be richer for it.

    These are exciting times. Who would have thought we would be at a place in time where an African American man and a Caucasion woman would be running at the same time for the Presidency and Commander and Chief. I am overjoyed by the premise that either one will be placed in such a seat! I can only hope whomever it is, takes pride and puts forth the commitment and fortitude it will take to move our country towards Peace! Just my two cents for what it's worth.

    I am so excited about the changes taking place in my life and hope everyone is still painting, writing, composing, sketching, designing, sculpting, or whatever makes you complete. I myself plan on writing more this year and perhaps finishing a book I started and never quite found the time or energy it takes to end it.

    UPDATE!!!

    I have been extremely busy the last month or so. I am waiting for the results of the Court Interpreter exam I just took almost 2 weeks ago and can't wait to find out if I passed. Next would be the oral exam... YUK but I will study for it just like I did for the written...

    Barnes and Nobles is requesting my presence once again for this coming September.... We were able to raise a nice amount of money for our organization. I still have prints left so all of you who wish a Giclee print of the paintings Creation, The Lesson, Tuscany, and A Still Life let me know. Send me a note or email Gells. THESE PRINTS ARE EXCLUSIVE FROM AAI FOR THE BARNES AND NOBLES EVENT SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE ONE EMAIL GELLS OR MYSELF.

    Also, I will be trying to get new members for CoCOA by doing another Demo in our Gallery on August 18, 2007


    SARASVASTI Gallery!.... No real news to report other than I have not signed with them yet. I am working on some frames to get them looking spiffy before I frame my latest pieces. I will let you know when I am officially there.
    I think we raised some money for COCOA but I am not sure how much yet and am curious to find out.

    I think I need to finish my book and will post a chapter or two soon. It was started 2 years ago; my how time fly's and while on a major roll I was able to complete roughly 10 chapters in about 2 weeks... Imagine that! Now I just need to get it finished and hopefully published... I am not sure where to go for that and am asking anyone out there to let me know what I need to do.
